Little is known of the goddess Syn, she is a handmaid of Frigg, tasked with guarding the doors to Friggs palace Fensalir, or ‘Fens-Hall,’ located in the marshlands of Asgardr. She also is appointed in the defence of legal matters helping those who are wrongly accused.Her name means ’Denial.’
