Freyja’s Friday - Viking Bread So to follow on from last weeks mead recipe this week I am going to show how to make viking bread or Braudr in their language, this is lovely eaten warm with honey or Hunnang Take 400 grams of wheat flour and 260 grams of plain flour and mix with salt and add a pint of water Stir it all together Dampen your hands and knead the dough until it comes together (for added flavour top with rolled oats) Place by a fire or in the oven at gas mark 5 for around an hour Take out and eat warm with honey Enjoy
