Witchy Wednesdays - Enchanters Nightshade
Member of the evening primrose family, the leaves being egg-shaped and 5 inches long and the stalk reaching around 6 inches in length, which produces white flowers in the summer with two large petals cleaved to look like four and its fruit is hairy and sticks to clothing of passers by. It loves to grow in woodland areas. It is used for binding, enchantment, hexing, shape shifting and transformation. In magick it is used to balance energies during certain rituals. The action is very gentle and subtle. It is a wonderful thing to focus upon during meditation.
