Magick Mondays - Granny Boswell The witch Granny Boswell, 1813-1906, was a practitioner known to be of Romany blood, she lived in Helston, Cornwall. She was also widely consulted for her skills in magic and foresight. She would provide a number of charms traditional to both the Cunning and Romany folk, notably a small curative bag of black spiders. She was consulted by girls and young women on matters of love and was skilled in the curing of cattle.
